How long will it take you to complete my order?
There is a minimum turnaround time of 3-5 business days from receipt of order. The business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday and major holidays. You may also order the next day service using contact form.
How many revisions may I request for my custom logo?
We guarantee your absolute satisfaction. We will make changes/revisions to your custom logo until you are happy with the final results. If you are still not completely satisfied with our service, you may cancel your order within 15 days of the submission of your order form and receive a full refund.
